New Sea Ray Owner 2006 240 Sundeck On Ga Coast

Just purchased a 2006 240 sundeck Saturday. Took it out this weekend on our usual run to St Cathreines Island on the Ga coast. An amazing ride we love the boat! Looking to learn from and get to know other Sea Ray owners. Much more boat than out center console and previously owned offshore boats. After alot of research we decided the 240 was the boat for us, little did we know. The boat is amazing, my wife and I love it!

We have had our 240 Sundeck for about a month now, and if the weather would please cooperate we could be enjoying it much more. After two months of deep research(ala, Google) we determined this boat was perfect for our needs, and it has proven to be all we had hoped for. The 350Mag/BravoIII is a perfect match for this boat. Great cockpit layout, great ride, quality build. The only item I wonder about is engine servicing/maintenance. Maybe the 215EC got me spoiled but it sure is a reach down there.

First, Welcome aboard. Glad to see someone else close to me, I am in Midway and on the water, go to the South end of Ossabaw Is for beach time, if I ever get the boat in the water this year, to many other projects going on, just got one finished so I can leave it for awhile, got to finish the dock rebuild, got to float the boat also. We sill have to connect somewhere and have a SeaRay getogether, I know there are several of us around this area. I am on another forum, just general boaters, all different brands, but we have a good weekend sorta planned, kids gonna fish, adults going to party, a few of us will not so we can make sure kids are safe. :grin: :smt038
