Welcome back! What's the price to purchase a well? I'm on the other side of the state on Lake Michigan and most marinas around here do a seasonal lease, around $3,000 for a 40' slip.

Paid 27,500 for my 40’ slip on lexington at belle maer 3 years ago. We have condo association fees twice a year plus summer and winter taxes to the township. Not sure owning is any cheaper than renting, but its my permaspot forever. No risk of losing your rental spot

Speaking of rentals. Anchor Bay Marina was $3,800 a year for rack storing my 277cc Cobia. I have it there through the winter and then into the Skipper Buds display at Belle Maer in the spring.
