I'm still quite new here so please forgive me if this is not the place to ask ,or this is a question that has already been asked and answered. I searched the forums though and although maybe I missed it, I could not find a geographical setting for Canada. I have sen the USA and international. i propose that since The USA and Canada share many waters and many of us prior to Covid 19 have visited waters in each other's county that a Canadian Section would be helpful for all . It would allow easier access for Canadians to communicate easier about Sea Ray products and issues related to Canada as well as allow us to share information about local provincial waterways. It would help facilitate connections between in close proximity.
The would also facilitate an area where the USA and international forum members could find information about Canada in one place. Thanks Barry.

Where are you located. We keep our boat in US and find it easy to get parts shipped to the marina. At this time we have not seen our boat since the fall of 2019.
I find that the US has a better and less expensive source of parts. Before 2013 (Been boating since 2000 and had this boat since 2005).I had no problems getting parts shipped to Canada. CDN boaters on the norther west coast tend to stick to within 100 to 200 miles of their home port. If you have questions about your area you want to boat in post the questions in the general discussion and you should get an answer. I think we all like the opportunity to tell our boating stories.

We are located n Edmonton Alberta Canada .
We are rather land locked here but use the boat on a lake and keep it at a marina all summer.
We grew up in Nova scotia and boated in the Strait of Canso We would travel between PEI and Nova Scotia as well as up and down the strait . Usually waters there are nice, warm and fairly calm. We miss that a lot.
We may attempt the BC coast between Vancouver and Victoria one of these years and explore the islands there, but wonder about hauling the boat over the rockies . It is about a 12 hr car ride from Edmonton to Vancouver in the summer. It would take longer to haul the boat though and I would need a special extra wide permit in BC to haul it.
Parts are still a pain to get here. Finally though the guy at the marine shop are getting it all back together after last years nightmare .
Adding flexible solar panels on the bimini, as the marina took out the shore power.
They have a pump out though .We added an electric flush toilet, a new stereo and a custom swim platform, which is now on its way from Quebec.
We ordered some custom are work for the stern.
The boat had no name when we bought her and since all of us are in health care workers or retired from it,we called her "Knot on Call.
Crazy to put all this in an older boat maybe but the hull is sound and it will eventually be my son's boat.
The new boats of this size are far too expensive given our ages, and months of the year we can go boating. On a good year we can boat the middle of May up to mid October.
Only thing though ,this year is everything is so dry. Forest fires could but an end to our season as the smoke can make the outdoors unusable. Sold our smaller boat last week which was great. it was a 2005 four Winns 25.5 weekenderwith a 496 bravo 3 . Wonderful boat but we wanted more room for the grand kids. This one is a Sea Ray 280 1990 Sundancer with twin 5.7 alpa ones. gen 1. Nice talking wiyh you . keep in touch. Hope you get lots of Fun safe boating in this year.
    Cheers Barry.
