No trim up 2000 mercruiser 5.0 bravo111

The trim on throttle works on down trim but no up trim. Trailer trim works and have remote trim switch on transom that works up and down. Where do I start looking thanks for any help. Trim gauge doesn’t work correctly either.

Sounds like you need to replace the trim limit and trim sender on the outdrive.

trim limit sender or wiring is bad

The fact that the transom switch works up and down mean the senders on the lower unit are working but the wiring from pump to shifter or the switch on the shifter are bad.
