I broke 3 of the 10 pins on the cable that connects from the console into the cabinet below the steering column. Can anyone tell me where I can find a replacement cable? I tried Northstar, and it is clear that they make a MILLION cables, but I cannot find THE cable I need... I bought the boat used, and it did not come with a manual.

The cable is about 3 feet long and is marked with E119932-J AWM 2464 80-C 300V. It is a 10 pin to 10 pin extension cable.

Thanks!

Not this cable - this is a 1M extension cable that I can find no place other than the manufacturer - who will be happy to sell it for $80 + $12.95 shipping...

After much research, I have found the part number: WC279-1. It is described as a "Speaker to Handset extension cable", and it is not available through EBAY, or anywhere else on the web that I can find.

The irony is that the cable appears to be a good piece of engineering; meaning that if the cable becomes damaged from plugging and unplugging the handheld unit, you can replace just this extension cable, rather than replacing the external speaker - which would require difficult (or impossible) cable routing from behind the helm seat. So, Northstar had the good engineering sense to build in this (replaceable) extension cable, but did not have the good sense to make the cable easily available. This part number is not even listed in the NS100 manual - believe me, I stumped the Tech Support guy at Northstar - but he finally did figure it out.

So if you can find a place on the web that sells this cable - you win!
