OK, I hate to suggest we start drawing lines, but someone has to draw a line that defines what "comfort animals" can fly and which can't.

If I was on a flight and got stuck sitting near a pig I'd throw a fit.

This whole "Comfort Animal" thing is getting out of control. Whatever happen to a teddy bear or the old fashion "bubbly".

Yet another case of coddling people that feel entitled. The only thing I want to comfort me on a flight is a more-than-competent flight crew and several Tanquery and Tonics.

This story is several years old. US Airways no longer exists.

I'm all for having pets and raising animals, they do indeed provide a lot of enjoyment for their owners. However, if your psychology is so fragile that you cannot board a plane without a "comfort animal", I would respectfully suggest you avoid planes and hire a better psychologist.

Well, Hell, we all missed the US Airways connection. Oh well, my statement still stands....
"If I was on a flight and got stuck sitting near a pig I'd throw a fit."

It's bad enough that the seats are shrinking and some times I get seated next to someone who REALLY should have showered before driving to the airport.

We fly several times a year. Where flying used to be fun, now it's a PITA. At least we're on the TSA Pre-Check list so at most airports we don't have to take laptops out, remove shoes and belts, etc.

Our local airport with its multi-million dollar total makeover, was made over without having a separate lane for the Pre-Check passengers. So only here do we still have to take out laptops, take off the necessary items, etc.

No wonder it's called "The Fiasco In Pasco".

My other pet peeve....cars with handicap parking placards for the lazy. Don't tell me you have an unseen cardiac condition and can't walk much distance, I get it. I am talking about lazy people and there are are a lot of them.
