I had a sun fly made and got poles from canvas designers it was a setup that worked l for us.

I really like this! We’ve been using an umbrella in the cockpit table which works ok but this looks like the hot setup. How do I get one of these?

I was trying to search this thread but wasn't getting the results I was hoping for. I'd like to research a "camper top" rear canvass for a 340 Sundancer. Custom shops around town sound silly expensive. Anyone have a standard kit idea or thought that I would only have to do the snaps and straps?

I also made my own (from ideas given to me on this forum) with two boat hooks, a sail shade from Home Depot, and two Taylor made fishing rod holders. Total invested: $250.

I had the Shade made out of sunbrella, same as the top at my canvas shops. The poles came from Canvas designers out of FL, they are online. I put heavy duty rod holders in with large stainless steel backers to take the stress of pulling the shade tight.

Question, I cannot find the aluminum galley table support tube on my 2007 340DA. There is a pole stored under the engine hatch with the aft table. Do you know if these boats were shipped with two poles? Or, are you supposed to only use one table at a time. My galley table is stored under the main mattress, however, I cannot find if there is a storage place for the galley pole. Any thoughts?

On my 340da the table and pole we’re stored under the Fwd berth mattress. There is a panel, remove it and they were in a compartment

Yep is should be stored under the front half of the forward berth under a access panel. This is also how you would access your AC for maintenance.

There should be two tubes and the forward one should be stored under the front half of the forward berth under a access panel. This is also how you would access your AC for maintenance.

If its not there it could be anywhere - look under the forward berth storage area or the "secret" storage area under the starboard cabinet in the mid-cabin. Those would be common area to hide it. We don't regularly keep ours up so if the previous owner did not use it then if could even have been removed from the boat.

Yep! 100% correct - Great Lakes did the covers for these boats and as rumor has it supposedly Sea Ray did not make the camper for safety reasons.

I have a navy blue aft cover (slant cover from the arch to transom) that's has never been used that I'd sell. Came with the boat but I don't use it because I have a camper cover. Has two side curtains as well .

I got a 2003.5 340, I'm having issues with the starboard switchpad. The stereo button doesn't light up and the radio won't turn on. The light to cockpit button doesn't not light up but the cockpit lights work. I'm pretty sure I need a new switch. However before I dish out $440 for a new switchpad, I wanted to check the fuses on the fusebox under the helm. I know for a fact the previous owner messed with the fuses and didn't replace some of them with the correct amps. Does anyone have a schematic or pic of the fusebox with the correct fuses in their proper location. I checked the manual and it gives the amps for the EIM but there's noting about the fusebox. Thank you.
