Outdrive seals?

Hi everyone,

I noticed these rings on the outdrive trim shaft. I’m assuming they are the seal that goes behind the Anode. Is this a easy fix? Not sure if it is serviceable or need to replace whole thing. Please see pics for reference

You need to rebuild or change it.
