Congrats to the worthy Sea Hawks for handing the Packers there a$$. Where can I start here, no defense or offense, stupid mistakes and playing way to conservative other than that, great game GB.

BTW goes GB have any other player than Harris to run the ball. Come on every other play they give it to him. SH's only needed to contain Rodgers and key on Harris to win this one. Another stupid penalty brings the ball back after a huge gain.

The Sea Chickens looked pretty good, the Packers looked like they did last year...

Before the game started I had goosebumps. Then the game got going and I could see early on that it was going to be a one-sided game. The first points GB scored were from two messed up kick returns by Thomas. Without those screw-ups on our side that give GB some nice field advantage, the score would have been much more lopsided.

Way to go Hawks. And yes, we had our 12th man flag flying!

I thought GB looked good early but squandered too many opportunities. The injuries did them no favors either.

Seattle looked really good as well and if they keep playing like that they should go really deep into the playoffs. Marshawn is a beast and the speed on the D is amazing.

With all of the injuries and suspensions the 49ers defense is facing, I predict Seattle sweeps the 49ers this year.

I don't have a dog in this hunt but what was with all the carping pre-season wise about how Green Bay was gonna be a Stupor Bowl contender?

Its early in the season, and i dont care.I do however favor michigan state over oregon tomorrow.

Good game and it is very early in the season, so always room for improvement.... (season ticket holder 20+ yrs)

If you check the schedule, our felons should all be back by the time we play the Sea Chickens, and they will be angry! Bowman should be back by then too and hopefully he will be 80% of what he was last year. We know nothing until these two teams play. if the 49ers start out looking mediocre, it will be a long season. If they light it up, the best 2 teams in football are still in the same conference.

Hope to see Niners & Hawks both healthy, I want to see some great games with the best team on the field winning.
Good Luck Humph looking forward to both teams schedules it's going to be a rough season.

About GB I still can't understand how they could play the whole game on half a field not one play went to Shermans side Rodgers pre-game interview made it sound like he would at least test #25. Their game plan just didn't work.

Oldschool,
Must have been a rough game to watch. No bad calls this year can't blame the refs.

Good luck to all the teams.

GO HAWKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That's the World Champion Sea Chickens to you kind sir.

I was very impressed the way we moved the ball on week one. I'm also aware of the mistakes we made, but was happy with the adjustments we made at halftime. To be able to dominate a game against a good GB team makes me happy. I can't wait until next Sunday in San Diego. #GoHawks!!!

So is Romo going to file assault charges against the niners defense? Hot tub will be in order for him.

I hope that's not all GB has for this year.:smt009
