In this case I think you get what you pay for

The bezel is likely plastic coated with "chrome" so it won't rust, but will it last? And do they give you stainless screws?

That same company sells stainless ones for $10/ea

I wanted to add a couple more of these on my 300 but I got perko originals

Yes there is a rubber gasket in there that pops out. Just need a screwdriver. You can replace discolored lens as well.

Replace the entire fixture with preloaded led fixtures...the blue ones are nice. An easy rewire too.
Try Amazon.

If you're going to replace why not go with RGBW leds. Get the two wire models that cycle through the colors.

Having the ability to switch to white is nice when the partying is over and it's clean up time.

Any help with how to remove the fixture for the overhead light in the cockpit on a 2000 Sea Ray 400 Sedan Bridge?

Hey man, You live in Australia? JK but my neck hurts from your upside down pic. Just crop it a bit and it should repost correctly.
As to Your question, those lights don't look factory, so hopefully some other members will chime with their help on removing or identifying them.
