Anyone know of a couple good places to have shafts checked or made on Long Island? Or long distance .Thanks

Two marine shops that I’ve used in the past;
Bossler and Sweezey in Bellport, 631-286-0458 (Tommy) and
S&S Propeller in College Point, 718-359-3393 (Steve)

I’d recommend S&S, not sure if B&S does shafts but I’m sure they can point you in the right direction. Good luck.

Thanks, just got off the phone with Tommy. He can check, fix and replace if needed. Has them in stock. He is Friends with Steve, so I'm sure they do the same work.

Tommy is good people. They've done a bunch of work from me (it IS the South Shore after all). But, once I got to the 58 they could not handle the complex geometry of those props. S&S did those for me.
