Please review my maintenance invoice...

Do you want a price analysis? In my opinion, they are pretty adequate as compared to the services provided. Regarding the invoice itself, though... who’s the seller that handed you such a shoddy piece of paper? I always go for the digital printed-out option. You can’t finagle with those and they are much more decipherable. Also, it would’ve been nice of them to highlight the discounts using a bold font or different color. See, this is why I do my invoices online with ThePayStubs - much more accessible.

That’s a pretty standard invoice for a small yard without an integrated computer billing system. Looks like what my yard does. Everything is clear and documented on a proper form; I don’t see a problem.

I think it looks like a typical price for the work done. Not a bargain, but not crazy high. If you are satisfied with their work then I would say it was a fair trade of your money for their work.

Even if it were high it'd only be $1,000.....maybe. For all the work you've had done from motor maintenance, transmission serviced, genset serviced, bottom paint, barrier coat, blister repair, buff and wax, etc., etc., it really isn't that bad. And now you're good to go for several seasons so you can amortize that cost over several years. I'd be thrilled just to know my boat was in top-notch running order and I can now sit back and just enjoy it.

Looks pretty reasonable. If you had taken it to my Searay dealership it would have cost 3 times that amount.

Why are you all revisiting a nine-month old post? The new guy @Powlash started it by responding to an old post. @Powlash, you will find that most of us long timers use the "new posts" feature to monitor only current activity. Welcome to CSR.

They seem to have a hellova markup on parts. I didn't go through the whole invoice, but $30 for a $20 shaft anode seems a bit much. That $321 water pump can be had from Amazon for $214. Those engine belts are about 2x what you can get them for elsewhere. etc. It starts adding up pretty quickly.

...and for the thread police, ditto what @copb8tx said.

$90 is great. Shops at marinas are $110 around here. The guy i use is $100.
As for hand written invoice, i use an old-school mechanic, everything is written. I was shocked when I asked if he knew how to text and he said yes.

Looks reasonable to me. Unless you have other service options in your area I would not argue/bicker with your service shop, and I'd pay the bill same day, if you are happy with the work and not surprised. I always got a quote up front and paid the bill the day it was done, i want to be on their happy quick payer list :)

And save yourself some $$$ and learn how to do the engine service yourself. Bottom painting, the shop will always get that one from me. I did enough of that as a teenager in high school.

This...

While some.of the numbers are slightly high, it seems that he found a yard that actually does whats needed correctly.

That in itself has value.

Overall, for that much work done well its not a hard total to digest.
