Privacy curtain repair

Has anyone had to repair their privacy curtain? A couple of the tabs that secure the curtain to the track have come off the curtain. Do you just sew them back on, or is there and easier fix?

We changed the color of our curtain. Took the material we liked along with the old curtain and fasteners to our dry cleaner. They have a seamstress who repairs clothing that comes in. She made us a brand new curtain that is nicely lined just like the factory original from Tiara. I would think any good seamstress in your area could do the same.
