Pulling Both Engines for Couplers

2000 310w/twin 5.7TBI/B3s/450hrs. Short story, both engines will be pulled for coupler replacements. As long as the engines are out, what else should I have the mechanic look for or do that might be more preventative maintenance or visual inspections?

Hoses, Manifolds, starter, check oil pans for rust, steering pins, gimble ring/bearing, bellows, water tube in transom assy

Spark plugs and wires if they haven't been done in a while.

Clean and touch up paint in bilge. Check for moisture and dry wet areas out. Seal any suspected penetrations against water intrusion.

Dirt, small bits of trash, and peeling paint are tough on bilge pumps. Great idea to use this opportunity to clean.
