The federal lawsuit filed in Detroit was in regards to there being more voters registered in Detroit than lived in Detroit ..not actual votes cast. It seems that someone forgot to de-register voters when they became deceased, but there is no reference in the lawsuit of deceased voters actually casting a vote.

So, is this the classic "much ado about nothing"? So now what is the concern of those who are afraid of voter fraud? Sounds like a lot of internet rumor mills running amuck.

You asked why are people afraid of mail in ballots... I said Voter Fraud... that’s the reason... I am not the spokesman for the people. There is tons on the internet
 
Mail in ballots increase the hidden steps in the voting process, thereby, allowing much more opportunity for fraud, in my opinion.
By having the actual voter physically enter the hall, present a valid government ID to the pollster, the pollster matches the ID to the official roster, the roster is signed in person by the voter, voter casts ballot. There is now a permanent record of the the citizen casting a ballot. That name is now no longer available. If the name appears later in the roster, an independent audit can detect it.

With mail, we blindly get a ballot, who knows fills it out and signs it, and sends it off to who knows? There is no group of pollsters verifying the voter. One small team of conspirators can receive the mailed ballots, open, shred, make an new one, sign it similarly, and file. Easy. Is the same team controlling the internet listing?

If there is say, 2% fraud in mail-in but only 5% of the total vote is mail-in, then the result is overall a small amount(.001). If the fraud is 1% of all the ballots, then that could sway a governor or congressional election.

They always find them in the trunk of some guys car. And it’s always “just enough” votes to win.
 
The more of these critical liberty-defining processes we turn over to faceless, nameless people who live behind a screen, the more we slip away from our core. My thoughts are clearly posted numerous times when we discussed the terrible, outrageous, Red Flag Laws.
I can’t personally vouch for the quality of any news source, so read the link with the appropriate skepticism. But, it is interesting. Louisiana also contracts with Dominion.
Keep as much of the election process in the sunlight.

This clueless dictator just said on a CBS morning show the flood is a natural disaster and said it twice... when it’s fact the main damn was deemed in poor condition by federal inspectors and would fail at its peak capacity... of which it was no where near... the political bullshit is disgusting ....people need to wake up

Oh and yesterday she said she would extend the stay at home order again... no surprise there

In this case, the election was voided and had to be done over. AFAIK, this case is the only documented instance of large-scale absentee voter fraud and the state has buttressed its voting laws to try to prevent a recurrence.

Just kidding, I'm glad they nailed him. Doesn't matter which party a person is from, if he cheats in an election he deserves to be dealt with severely.
 
Agreed. I was just pointing out there are crooks of all stripes so the argument of advantage to one party or the other probably washes out. I would hate to see absentee voting banned, it's the only way most military can vote and I would hate to see them disenfranchised.

No problem with people requesting an absentee ballot. Major problem with sending out absentee ballots to the "voting rolls" when we don't have Voter ID or any other possible way to determine it the person is alive or is eligible to vote. That does seem to favor the dems.
