Yes, it is mid January, so call me an optimist.

What is on your Recommissioning To-Do list before your splash your boat in the spring?
(Those in warmer climates don't need to rub it in)

Mine is substantially more complex than @spikedaddy99. 1.) remove plastic sheet, 2.) pay marina, 3.) turn on batteries, 4.) turn key, 5.) go. :)

In all seriousness the only other thing I do in the spring is replace my fuel filters. I do all of my other maintenance in the fall or over winter storage.

Well, full disclosure, I may also crack a beer somewhere between items 1 and 5 above...maybe.

If properly winterized... no big deal. I drop mine in, start both engines, raise the hatch to look for any obvious leaks, and idle away to the slip. Once at the slip, un-bypass the water heater, flush the fresh water system a couple times and enjoy!

I would add draining fresh water tank of any remaining antifreeze, reconnect your hot water heater if bypassed. Flush out your fresh water system through all faucets draining the tank, repeat.

If you want to sanitize your fresh water lines then on your first pass with an empty tank add approx 1/4 cup of bleach for each 16 gallons of holding tank. (Pre-mix bleach to water when pouring in) Then run the water through each of your faucets hot and cold and turn them off. Leave this in your lines - do not drain the tank yet - and leave in the lines overnight (min of 4 hours). Then drain your tank, fill with filtered fresh water and repeat until no smell remains.

Reinstall the radar dome and mount the mast to a hinge I made so that the mast can be easily lowered. Replace the 3 impellers. 1 coat of Wax under the rubrail. (Stripped and first coat of wax went on at haulout.) Reconnect the plumbing from winterizing.
And I'm sure I'll think of something else by the then.

Attached is my Commissioning and Maintenance log. I had to covert it to .pdf for this forum, but send me a private note if you want it in .doc format.

I must have looked at 50 used boats and never seen maintenance log like that, very nice!!!

Lots of good advice earlier, so I won't repeat. Thanks for reminding me of one of the happiest days of the year!

The first things I do when I get to the marina in spring and the boat is still blocked:
1. Check and connect the batteries, connect to shore power, turn on charger.
2. Put on the canvas and depending on how nice the weather is, the isinglass.
3. Crack a beer, turn on the stereo, and sit back on the boat and take in the joy of spring!

Nice list. If I read correctly, you went almost 5 years between raw water cooling train "cleaning". April 2016--January 2021. How did they look? I'm at PWM and play in the Bay a few weeks a year.

Wash, battery top up, clean carpet, polish if we have time, make sure VHF work, radar and navigation work, depth gauges work, refrigerators work and we have enough propane for BBQ.
