Refit Bow grab handles 175 Searay?

Is there anyway to access the nuts on the back of the 175 Searay bow grab handles?

You know the boat better than I would, but if you can't reach them via underneath the dash or reaching up through the bow storage you may have to cut a hole.

Yeah...that's what I thought...crazy that they would fit the these grab rails before assembling the upper structure to the hull and not make any provision for thier replacement at a later date.
The front back rest (in the Bow) looks like it is also bolted from the back and no provision has been made for its removal & replacement either.
