I have an'87 460 EC and with higher moisture level in the salon (my fault), some fabric covering the ceiling and wall had drooped in small areas. Has anyone heard of a fix for this without removing the headliner?

Try this, I have had luck doing this.

Get a can of spray adhesive and poke a small hole in the headliner. Use duct tape to pull liner down slightly so it's taught. Spray in the small hole around the area. Don't over spray. Wait 5 min and gently press the liner back in place. Repeat in larger area....

What he said above, and also if you remove the trim around the hatches and work it loose you can spray from in that void.
