Replacing battery charger

Howdy all! Hope you're all out enjoying the season. I'm replacing my old battery charger on my '94 270 and it appears its bolted thru to the aft cabin. Any idea on how to get the wall fabric in the aft cabin off without destroying it?

If it really is through bolted I would just cut, mangle, destroy the old one to remove NOT to have to remove any of the interior.
