We are heading to Montauk and Sag Harbor this summer and we are looking for Restaurant recommendations in those areas. We are staying at Gurneys at Montauk and Sag Harbor Village Marina but we are ok with Uber rides to dinner if needed. We are also going to check out the Hamptons for the day so recommendations out that way would be appreciated as well.

Thanks in advance.

When are you going to be in Montauk? We are going to be there beginning of July
Restaurants
Take your boat around for lunch at Duryeas
For fun TTs tacos and tequila
The Muse @ the end is my favorite
Harvest on fort pond
The restaurant at guerneys was good too
Navy beach for sunset drinks. Definitely not for the food
Scarpetta Beach

In Montauk: If you like sushi Inlet is a very short dinghy ride from the yacht club. You can walk to the Clam & chowder house which has sushi, fish, steak etc…, Salavars is also a dinghy ride or about a 3/4 mile walk - sushi, fish, steak ….

Harvest is family style but reservations are a must. I think they take them only starting a week or two in advance

There is a Goldberg’s bagels for breakfast/lunch near Montauk marine

When are you going? We are also headed to Montauk in mid July

We are in MTK alot and all good recommendations above. We stay at Gurneys too, but we are not fans of the food at Gurneys, in fact we usually walk across the street and eat at Sam's Star Island for a quick bite. Hopefully you don't need it, but Sam's also has a good ships store if needed. Harvest and TT's are by personal favorites. We will not be out till August.

Sounds like you have a fantastic summer getaway planned! When you're in Montauk, Gurney's is a great choice, and you're in for some delicious dining options. You might want to check out Bar & Restaurant in Füssen, Germany, if you're looking for a similar vibe closer to your area. As for recommendations, in Montauk, don't miss The Lobster Roll for seafood and Duryea's for a scenic waterfront experience. In Sag Harbor, Dock House, and Lulu Kitchen are must-tries. And for your day in the Hamptons, Nick & Toni's and The 1770 House are worth considering.
