Rittenhouse case

You mean like a Canadian trying to be an expert on US self defense laws? You and @Creekwood are really trying hard to be experts on things in the US...without being in the US...
There is the problem you have to deal with in the 21st century: knowledge is not constrained by borders. You still struggle with that fact.

If this is true, I hope he sues them into oblivion, including the current resident in the White House.

ZERO struggle here. When you cannot see the plain as day video footage and make a clear assessment for yourself, on what is a clear as day, self-defense shooting - as found by a jury of 12 of Kyle's peers....you're not helping your case.

With every post, you Cannucks are making it obvious you should stick to issues north of the border...

I am an avid student of WW 2 history, as well but I was not there, either. Many of the minds here would never do well at skydiving. Parachutes, like good minds, function best when open. Many of the tribal rebuttals have entirely avoided evidence and facts but certainly not silly assumptions and juvenile and emotional responses.

Considering that in my younger years I was a professional skydiving instructor, jump master and skydiver.... I resent that remark...

Focusing only on video of that second incident, without explaining that it came just seconds after the vigilante had killed a man, far-right extremists rushed to an outrageous judgment. They decided that little Kyle Rittenhouse, who arrived armed, not with a skateboard but a semiautomatic rifle, had been merely defending himself. He was an "active shooter" at that point and people witnessing the killing, attempted to disarm him. He proceeded to kill again. He was the one and only killer on that night.

Juliery, you still avoid the question and your answer, what would you do? Now you have had over 12hrs to come with an answer. Until you do your posts carry no weight. The kid choose his life over theirs, as would I. I hope I never have to make that choice.

The two dead and the Medic, why were they there? Who were they there to protect?

As a medic, you don’t go to the shooter we go to the injured or possibly dead. If you have ever served in any military branch or on any rescue team you would know that. That medic went to point a illegal firearm at a shooters face.

You have convinced me:
Nothing in this world is more dangerous than the sincerely ignorant and the conscientiously stupid. The greatest enemy of knowledge has never been ignorance, it is the false illusion of having knowledge and the intelligence necessary to process it.
Sir you are deliberately obtuse. So basically it is impossible to banter with you do to your intellectual superiority.

So simple, like venturing into the "wrong part of the city" after dark: just don't go there. You have a choice. Rittenhouse had a choice.

Had he been older, he could have carried concealed. You'd think someone wouldn't try to attack an obviously armed individual... but here we are...

Rittenhouse was legal that night. Fyi for you Cannucks - most states offer reciprocity in regards to concealed carry - just like a driver's license...

You still avoid the question

your there in his shoes, what would you do, offer the three a flower, try to talk them out of it, or protect yourself

A skateboard could be a deadly weapon…just saying…

Does anyone here actually read?
Months ago, Kenosha Police Chief Miskinis said 49 adults and six minors were facing charges after the Kenosha riots. Charges include arson, burglary, possession of a firearm or ammunition by a convicted felon, criminal damage and disorderly conduct. He said 35 of those charged are Kenosha residents. The tally did not include Rittenhouse.
So in that time they have tried and acquitted Rittenhouse on a multiple murder case. How many of those 49 have been penalized?

Non, they are to busy tearing down monuments and erasing history to be bothered with such things any day now they well want to remove the Arizona due to it leaking it’s blood and the harm it reminds the Japanese NAVY it did and how our government responded to those acts

Except he wasn’t an active shooter. That is entirely made up. Go check the FBI definition. And the FBI directive to for people to deal with an active shooter is “Run, Hide, Fight.” None of the three followed the FBI protocol. Had they run and hid they would still be alive or un-injured.

And by them standing down how many years of peoples lives working were lost to the destruction.? How many people could not recover from that loss because of the economic downturn in 2020? The increase in liability costs? How many dollars used trying those rioters in court? .....
