Hello, i have a 1995 Sea Ray 200 signature select every time i try to turn the boat over all i hear is a click, i have tried to jump the boat and with a 600cc battery electronics work no issue but the boat wont crank, the boat has been sitting for about 4 years i tried and can spin the crankshaft to a certain extent with some effort i have replaced the spark plugs, starter and ignition and im stumped on what the next steps would be any suggestions?

Clean all of your ground connections, especially on the engine block. Follow the thick black cable from the battery to the engine block.

If your battery has been sitting around with no charging for 4 years it's probably toast. It's beyond a jump start.
