Selfie party, err “insurrection” 1 year anniversary!

Not to let facts get in the way here, but I heard an interesting fact last night. You keep hearing these idiots on the left talk about this so called "insurrection" and yet no one out of the hundreds of people that have been charged with crimes related to this has been charged with that crime.

How are people that dumb to not realize that this is all bullshit. What drives me crazy is that people are being prosecuted for a Federal crime for walking into a public building where capital police held the door open. Probably preaching to the choir here but this is so beyond ridiculous it is sad.

Indeed. Also, when was the last time anyone used the term 'insurrection'? Not sure I've ever used it in a sentence, and yet for a year the Dims and their mouth pieces (MSM) repeat it daily. o_O

Same people pushing to keep the people that went in the capitol in prison and in isolation for a full year are the same people that raised money and donated money to bail out the BLM rioters that burned down our towns, killed people and destroyed businesses by the thousands.

I'm wondering what these guys did. They were there, supposedly unknown to everyone else working security. What was their purpose, the article says they weren't there for crowd control....but this was an 'armed insurrection' right?

So if it was an insurrection, why didn't they shoot anyone? I mean it was a threat to our democracy, right? I mean, it was like 9/11 terrorists -- we certainly would have shot them, right?

They did. Her name was Ashli Babbitt. Say her name!

And the coward that killed her was never charged with anything. I don't know if the incident was even thoroughly investigated. An unarmed woman crawling through a window from what I understand.

She was climbing on a barrier fence inside the capital. The officer shot while ANTIFA/BLM member John Sullivan filmed it and sold the video for $90k. He was dressed as a Trump supporter. John Sullivan is not in jail. You can find John Sullivan’s video online, but I don’t recommend it.

The last 5 or so years all the dems have been focused on is smoke and mirrors. All distraction techniques. Think about it. What have they accomplished? They have spent more effort on 'sideshows' than they have the real issues.

Pure Political Theater. Remember when Pelosi and Schumer took a knee and moment of silence for George Floyd? Same crap sideshow by the same group of hate promoters.
Anyone that takes a knee for our anthem should be forced to give up their citizenship and be forced to leave the country...period!

Nah. That is something the other side wishes, they want to destroy that fundamental right. Look at the most popular social media platforms as an example. If the left could shut you up, they would permanently. History as well as the present demonstrates this with other leftist authoritarian countries.

That's the $64,000 question!! Why does the media continue to use the term "insurrection" when it was clearly not one?

Propaganda.

I just can't wait until the midterm elections this fall when the Republicans retake the House and Senate and these simple dweebs find out what cancel culture really is. Everything they've screwed up in the last 2+ years will be cancelled and rolled back. Police will be allowed to police again and order will be restored. Then career criminals like George Floyd will stay where they belong, in jail!

Case in point

Social media users on Friday balked at a graphic the White House posted online that claimed President Biden has created far more jobs than any other commander-in-chief.

For those of you who think the January 6 storming of the capital was not an insurrection, you need to look up the definition of the word.

in·sur·rec·tion
/ˌinsəˈrekSH(ə)n/

noun
  1. a violent uprising against an authority or government.
Unless you have your facts straight you are operating at the same level as the MSM.

-----------------------------

Anyone who is trying to justify the insurrection that took place that day had better take a good look at yourself. Those idiots stormed the Capital Building. They were not invited in by the police as someone on here said. They overran the police, and caused a LOT of damage to the Capital.

And to say it was not violent, one only need watch the video that was taken during the insurrection and posted above. I did and it made my blood boil.

At one point I was a strong Trump supporter. Not any more. He's a sore loser who acts like the spoiled baby he is because he lost the election. If he runs again he will not get my vote.

Now, those of you who strongly support him go ahead and slam me for taking that stand.

This I agree but really to vote for the clowns running things now would be just as egregious right?
What a serious pickle we are in.... This may be a case I'd have to vote Trump just to make sure we get the mess in there cleaned out.
So, answer this hypothetical - Trump wins 2020 the house and senate remain democrat led. Antifa and extreme liberals storms the capital on Jan 6th in protest, damage and fallout is the same.
Where is the media on it?
Where is congress on it?
Where are you on it?

We definitely are in a pickle. Ain't no way I would vote for "Brandon" or his equivalent and no way I've vote for that cry baby Trump. Trump, pack up your shit and go away. Fly the Hell down to your FL golf course and drown yourself in a water hazard. Good riddance.

To answer your hypothetical..
1. The media would be all over it because Trump would be to blame.
2. Congress would try to crucify Trump
3. I'd be as pissed then as I am now. The storming of the Capital was an attack on our democracy. On our Constitutional process. On our American way of life. That's My democracy, My constitutional process and My Capital Building.
