Service company to avoid

Mast Heating & Cooling in Holland Michigan. They are a lying cheating sunsaguns. They replace parts that do not need replacing and charge over $300 for just the service call plus time. They sued me for almost $600 to repair my $1000 freezer. They completely lied in court. Do NOT use these guys!!!

Sorry to hear about your situation. When one gets work done on anything now you need a contract. Gone are the hand shake and I will do it for............. Had my jetboat trailer serviced it was $1,000. After service the breaks squeaked and I broken the breakaway line. Took it in to get line fixed. They kept it a week. Picked it up. No charge to fix breaks they put them in backwards. Got trailer home. Could not back it up. The reverse lock on the breaks was not hooked up when they replaced the breakaway line. Kept it a week and now all is well. They were very honest about the mistakes and did not charge to fix them. Large shop they do 80% commercial and 20% recreational. They did up contract with fixed prices and stuck to it. No sure if I should be PO with the mistakes or happy they fixed them at no charge. They said I should get wheel bearings redone in 2 years based on millage and how I use the trailer. I will use them again.

Here's another ripoff establishment. Boathouse Marine Center in Pompano Beach promoted a Parts Manager to Service Manager who only knows how to gouge for large repair bills. They even charged time for an estimate.
Be aware or stay away.

We had a completely different experience with them. Recently moved into a new home and the general contractor used them for the central heating and cooling contract. The workers were competent, courteous and timely. The install is very neat and tidy. We had a small issue with the AC in the springtime and they came out on a Sunday afternoon within an hour and fixed it within minutes. I had the impression this was a Muskegon company so maybe there are two by the same name or we are served by a different office. Sorry your experience did not go well.
