And to u mr. comment I know were panel is and what it does I was thinking something had gone wrong and maybe it happened to someone else and was a guick fix. Wow....

We can only go by what we see here via your responses. You asked a few questions and either didn't understand the responses you received or asked another question before reading the responses. Based on your responses it did not appear that you understood how the breaker panel operated the charger/converter.

I've been boating over 50 years and have worked on my own boats for most of that time. Based on the problem you described I could have your boat diagnosed in 30 minutes and repaired within an hour. I live in the New Orleans area. Buy me a plane ticket and a 12 pack and I'll come and help you fix it. I could use some sun about now.

I was not trying to be disrespectful. You were given several answers on what to do to fix your issue....based on the sketchy info you provided. Further, based on your responses, I felt you might be better to have a repairman fix it for you. People were trying to help you....you didn't seem to be understanding.

I'm retired and have free time. Let me know if you want me to come. I fly United and like Corona.

Legend13 your subtleness reminds me of someone who used to troll the trolls. Is that you Gary? Asking for a friend.

Legend, I think what we were all trying to say is that this is a very straightforward issue to check. The first couple posts had all the information you needed to figure it out. But for some reason those suggestions went (appeared to go) unanswered. So it ended being a whirlwind of posts - when it should have been just a few posts. Don't worry, as mentioned above, this is still an easy issue.

check the gfi in the engine room
There shouldn't be an outlet in a gas bilge.

Norcal starting to like u
The problem was everytime I saw a post I tried answering ,another would come in and another all at once. I didn't know how to use the system so I was trying to respond to everyone.

There is no outlet in the engine room its plugged into an outlet on the deck with a heavy extension cord. Its charging batteries until I figure out this problem

Lazy seeing u are the tech guy. How do I get in touch with u
You're already in touch - I'm "in" your thread.

FYI, I am "a" tech guy, but not "the" tech guy. And, there are plenty of other very knowledgeable people on this forum... they just may not have a label.
