Are you saying the reverse polarity (red) light is on?

Know the reverse polarity light does not go on it just shuts itself down

Red light? Perhaps a picture of your panel would help.

Let me clarify. The red power light on the power cord going into the boat is on and stays on showing power coming into the boat. Some power cords have a green light mine has a red light.
On the panel it shows the green light on for a few moments then it shuts off. I tried someone else's Shore power cord and the same thing happened. The only thing I'm running is the refrigerator even if I shut that off power still shuts down . If I get power to the panel with 110 volts n the meter turn on the battery charger it shuts down immediately.

What breaker is popping? The boat or the pedestal? Maybe try another pedestal? Or you may have a loose wire somewhere?

That's the thing it doesn't pop any Breakers

So you're saying: you have power coming in (as shown on your 110 volt meter) and as soon as you put a load on: fridge, battery charger, etc you lose 110 power (shown on the meter) but the breaker doesn't pop. Is that correct?

Yes exactly

Have you checked the 'Main' breaker to make sure it's functional? I'd put a volt meter on the load side of the 110 breaker when you turn on the fridge/charger, etc. at the very least eliminate the 'Main' breaker as the culprit.

....adding to the background, what specifically do you need to do to regain power? Are you saying that you must reset the breaker (turn off and bsck on) at the boat breaker panel? Does resetting the dock pedestal do the same, or ONLY if you reset the pannel breaker?

You have a loose connection on either the plug, the main breaker on the boat or at the breaker panel inside the boat. Think of it as water flowing. You have to find the "leak". Start where it is coming in and just follow the path and make sure all connections are tight. Would bet money your issue lies in a loose connection. Just checking voltage won't tell you anything. What happens when you put a load on it leads me to a loose screw somewhere

Thank you everyone turns out it was the pedestal on the dock it's not my boat
