short trip north from newport beach

[Happy Hour IV]

Lots of trips to catalina, south to Dana, Oceanside, san Diego and even stayed in Ensenada for a couple of years. Rarely short trips north. Twice to Long Beach for a day.
This weekend the first mate and I are guest slipping in alamitos bay for two nights. Any suggestions for must see/do in the adjacent Long Beach Harbor
