ski storage area bilge pump not shutting off

I have a 2011 250 SLX that seems to have a separate bilge pump in the ski storage area that won't shut off - must be stuck in the on position. How do I get access to the pump to perform repairs or replace? Had to disconnect both batteries to get it to shut down after use this past weekend.

Can you blast it with a hose? Might be a stuck float switch.
