Well my port and starboard skylights are leaking. The port significantly more to the point some of the headliner over the galley has rotted. That’s gonna suck to fix.

Anyhow, is resealing the skylights as simple as pulling them up, cleaning everything and resealing them in place? It appears there aren’t held in by anything other than some sort of silicone.

There should be a gasket, too. Not a hard job but sounds like you have to repair the water damage as well.

Is the gasket standard or does it have to be ordered from sea ray? Watching some youtube videos it seems you can use some 3m VHB tape and then seal around the ouitside with something else that water proofs.

Does anyone have an opinion on this.
