Smart TV Question...

All this talk got to me. I bought the 70” Vizio E series today. For the living room, not the boat. So far, so good. Great picture!

There’s no problem with the sound from the 80” Vizio in my basement because it is hooked up to a surround and sub woofer.
No problem with the sound on the 24” Vizio’s in the forward and aft cabins on the boat either because the spaces are small enough that they provide plenty of sound to fill them.
The 24” Vizio over the fridge in the salon can sometimes use a bit of a boost. Thinking of hooking it up to have the option to run the sound through the stereo, or maybe connecting a small sound bar up to it and stashing it on the shelf over the galley.

The tv above the fridge has been my pain point...to get it loud enough in the salon, I have to crank it up to the point it is louder out on deck. Was trying to hook this tv into the stereo, but need a 2 zone solution. One up on deck and a second down below. I was hoping the Fusion Apllo would solve the problem...

The Samsung sound bar I bought sounds really good, when I swap out the TV's it will integrate even better with the same remote.

Another reason to swap.

P.S. I did not intend to get a Samsung soundbar, just get the best one Costco had, which worked out to be Samsung.

I've always had good luck with Vizio's…..though I did just by a Toshiba 32" for the boat. Mainly because the price essentially makes it disposable.
