SMOOVE 1000 Gelcoat Compound - Dont wetstand

I've been very impressed with the Smoove products so far, as have my detail guys!

I'll be breaking out the Bubble Gum shortly.... thanks again @Blueone for turning me on to it.

My bad on the pad touching concrete. I was filming with one hand and demonstrating with the other. And rushing to beat the sunset to get the video done. If you look at the video description on youtube the first thing it says is to warn you to NOT do what I did with the pad on the concrete :)

After finishing the rest of the boat with the SMOOVE 1000, I have to say it is my favorite compound of any of the 10-20 various ones I've used over the years. It cuts similar to the 3M Perfect-It "Heavy" compound, but ends up so darn smooth. I'm really curious to see how the results are after I get to the SMOOVE 2500.

ALSO.... I was polishing up the headlights on our SUV and didn't have a good plastic compound. So I used used a little of the SMOOVE 2500, and put my 8yr and 10yr old boys to work. It came out pretty good:

It would be great in these threads to revive them at the end of the season to see true seasonal results and the type of water you are in. IMO- they all look great on launch day. By 4th of July you start to see where some products were just laced with silicone and by September they are the cover girls of chalkyboats.com. Just my $0.02
