No... I should have done a better job posting the title. I mean the masters has always for me been the first sign of spring... last year it was postponed... this year it seems like a non event....but it’s on. Years past you would go to a bar Friday afternoon to start watching it and continue thru until Sunday

feel the same way. Good golf still being played and a good leaderboard set up for the weekend. Hoping for a compelling couple days

I'll have it on just in support of the decision by the them not to cave to the A holes crying about changes in voting laws by Georgia. I loved the CEO's announcement about how the tournament would go on as cancelling it for any reason would hurt the very people the Woke crowd are proclaiming to advocate for. Funny how all of the institutions that are demonstrating against the Georgia Voting issue are run by guilt ridden rich white elitists. Except for the blowhard black opportunists like Abrams, any body that actually can read and has read the law sees that Georgia's laws are still more lax that many Blue state's voting laws. When will this crap end???

It isn’t suppose too. These leftists need division to succeed. Just think if Woke Coke, Woke MLB and Woke Delta did nothing, this would have been forgotten as quick as it started and they’d be on to the next thing. All those corps did was empower these woke edit: jackholes. (Sorry, I should watch the language in the tiki bar)

The laws were changed in the 11th hour because it is a potential swing state like a handful of other states. Blue states that have tougher laws don't matter because they would vote blue without cheating.

It’s just golf guys. I for one am enjoying watching. It’s the start of summer and I won’t be distracted by the BS.

I look forward to the Masters. I always root for Phil, but that's not going to happen this year. I would like to see Spieth take another but that's not looking good either. I'll take any winner but Rose though. He took the U.S. Open from Phil a few years back at Merion and for this transgression he cannot be forgiven

If it's not to much trouble please list all Blue states that have passed laws that prohibit a person from giving another human being food or water....I'm waiting!!!

Why would the blue states stop cheating ?

You know that narrative is BS. Pretty much every state prohibits electioneering. IL for example — have to stay outside 100 feet from the polling place.

You're acting like all the voters are in this situation.....what a drama queen:p

Mass has laws stating that candidates and there supporters stay away from poling places as well. You always see them standing at the driveway when entering the parking lots holding their signs and waving. The purpose is to prevent interfering with the voting process and trying to give voters incentives to vote for their candidate. Georgia's law does not prevent poll workers from handing out water. For Gods sake just leave a cooler at the door with bottled water and there should be no problems! Would you agree?

If you’re prone to dehydration and maybe have low blood sugar, you can always use one of these while waiting in line for 10 minutes. It requires planning ahead tho.

I live in Augusta and even here there seems to be little excitement for it. Usually it is all people talk about weeks before it starts. Not this year.

That’s actually specifically allowed under the GA law.

Actually it’s called electioneering. Just about every state has laws that regulate it. Food and water in some states signs and clothing in others. To be appalled of a simple electioneering regulation displays ignorance. Take a look here
