Mike, how long of a run is it up to Indian Arm from downtown Vancouver ? It looks pretty close on the map.

It's exactly16.5 NM from downtown to the spot we were at in that video ...which is the top of Indian Arm. Not far at all, yet worlds away.

Looks amazing. There are so many islands down in Puget that I want to explore one day. I've read a lot about it. Seems like (yet another) NW boating paradise.

Hey there and thank you. So far as the kayak, we have the Magma Kayak rack which is rail mounted. We've had it for 3 years now. It's a quality product which serves us well. It folds flush to the rails when not in use.
