Hi All
Relocated to South Florida 18 months ago
Sadly had to sell (pending) my 350EB in Chicago

Have a need
I have an older Larson All American 17.5 ft
I need to replace the flooring as noticed some soft spots over the weekend

Looking for recommendations in Winter Haven , FL or South Miami/Homestead area

Just don't want to break the bank as this is just a beach boat until I replace
my last Sea Ray

If the floor is soft the problem may go deeper into transom and stringers. First determine the extent of the soft area(s) then figure out if it is the whole boat that is soft. If you discover the soft areas extent to some or most of the boat and you sell it without fixing or disclosing the problem you may find the new owner will seek restitution for you not fully disclosing the condition of the boat.

No, it is only around the ski/anchor storage area in front of the gas tsnk area.
Im also looking to repair the boat, not sell it.
Im looking for repair advice and not an 'armchair' lawyer response.
Having boat-sold or traded more tha 15 boats on Lake Michigan, I certsinly know disclosurer responsibilities.
Thanks
