I need to repair some holes from some extra snaps that were installed in my arch. Im going to use one of those spectrum paste kits for the gelcoat but cant seem to figure out the color code for an 03 320 sundancer. Anybody know what the color code for an 03 320 is or who i could call to find out?

Spectrum said there are about 4 different color whites and I need the code to determine which one.

Thanks!

Find out which plant built your boat and call them directly - I was able to get the color code from my local dealer, but when I called the plant they not only confirmed the color, but gave me the actual build sheet for my boat that had all kinds of information, down to how much gelcoat was used etc, etc. My boat was built in the Vonore TN plant.

Marine Max may be able to help. You just need your Hull ID number.

I have the Hull id number. Im just afraid calling the dealer is going to turn into thee ole “Why dont you bring it on in” speech. My experience with dealers is they are usually less than helpful if there is nothin in it for them.

This is what im repairing. Only need the three on each side. All these additional snaps drives my ocd crazy. :)

SERT was a knoxville, TN boat. I believe that Factory is gone now.

ON THE BACK OF BOAT THERE ARE HULL # THAT TELL SEARAY WHAT COLOR CODE YOU ARE. THEN CALL BRUNSWICK SEARAY GIVE HIM THAT #. HE WILL TELL YOU COLOR # IS (865) 582-2200

Did you look in your parts manual? Mine had the correct shade, and Sprectrum verified.

I have a bunch of buttons I want to remove. Can you Please describe how you filled the holes to make it look so good?
Took a countersink bit and cleaned/opened them up. Mixed some marinetex and filled bottom of hole for a backer and let cure. Mixed the spectrum and applied with a plastic putty knife and left a little high. Wetsanded spots down with 800 grit to level then whole panel with 1500 grit on a sanding block and machine polished and waxed.
