Swim platform addition on 230

Hello, I have a '96 230 BR and would really like to add an extended swim platform. For those who have done this, can you offer suggestions and insights. I'd love to see some photos.

Hello, I have installed two. One OEM Searay platform on our 2006 290 SLX and a Swimplatform.com on our current 2006 290 Sundancer. Check out You Tube Chanel for Friscoboater swim platform installation, It’s a 25 minute two part install video. He does a great DIY video on a bunch of stuff. It is worth all the work and $$

Do they make a flush mount deck for a 230? The 220 in the video has the same design lines, and the swim platform is a step down... I'd rather see something like what is in your original post.

Just contact them for that info. The original versions were all two level then they started doing flush styles. My guess is yes, they would do a flush mount for you.

We loved ours!
