That's a lot for a bilge heater to overcome. I'd be nervous too. I'm nervous just because my closed cooling anti freeze only tested to -30 the last time I checked it at the beginning of 2020.
My slip neighbor uses a bilge heater and puts a small ceramic heater in the cabin in their boat. Makes me nervous for them. Two engines and a genny in these temps is a lot to cover with a little bilge heater.

I just texted one of the guys on our dock who has his bilge heaters on. He can see via wifi what the temperature is. He said the bilge has held steady at 43 and the cabin is holding at 65.
Wow, regular temp, that’s crazy. We have been about -1 or zero the last couple mornings. I am fully winterized, (central Illinois) but still hoping my bilge heater has kept it to 40 degrees consistently. I just have it going to keep it from getting that cold....
