Tiki Lee’s

Very popular, lots of events, never been, branching out. Next weekend June 18 we going to Tolchester Shanty bar. And lot of time hanging at Sunset Cove. Looking for something different.
Also, I emailed Great oak landing.. can I get a slip on weekend from 11am to 4pm, will pay. Freakin answer was so convoluted it sounded like a PhD dissertation.

You ever been Harbor Shack at Rock Hall? Cant tell if attached to a marina or a street bar, cant get a reply from them.

Many times. First come, pull up to dock. But it's a bit of both. Pretty good spot but no real bands and their Orange crush isn't so good. I like haven Harbor South better and go to Watermen's next door. South has music sometimes as well, but bar has beach right there. Nice spot to hang with a cool beverage.

I like the Shanty, but can't fit into the free slips and need to pay for one in the back. And it's a long walk to the bar from there. Might anchor off and dinghy in though.

Great Oak doesn't do day slips anymore. Use to in back of Joels. Probably would have to pay for the night. It's Safe Harbor now.

Sunset Cove is nice, right were your at, lucky.

I am on iPhone now so I can’t do the draw circles so let me try this, as you come in and turn left, there is row of slips that back up to land. I’ve seen 48 Fountains there.
These slips should fit yours. But you need to get there early like before noon. At the top, by the 3d words is for the < 30’ like mine.

Tiki Lees is first come, unless you big you can call and reserve, limited slips for bigger boats, Skybolt that’s strange with Shanty, I’ve been there, a lot, under cover, floating pier, they never said anything about paying, unless overnight, never was told the free slips were full

Tolchester Shanty- I will say, on Memorial Day, we got there 11am, and were shocked SHOCKED I tell ya that they said they were close to full and we had to go waaay in the back. They said free day slips are basically left overs from what ain’t reserved. First time we heard that but we were happy to get anything. So I guess if holidays. Maybe reserve ahead. Who knows. Based on half these replies I get from marina about slips, nobody knows what the hell the procedure is.

Only been there twice, first time I had to go in the back and pay for a slip. 2nd I was told to try the free one but they put me under a roof and had to pay again. I didn't mind as I stayed the night both times. Just never got the free day slips. Going to try again and see what happens.

I might have to try Tiki Lees soon as well. If it is first come, how early do they fill up? Need to get there by 11am? 1pm?

Cheers,

They have a lot of slips, so it just depends on how nice a day it is ,etc. Check out the pool, they are shipping containers turned into a pool.

Yeah lot's of slips and to be honest I don't mind staying the night, probably best if there has been drinking all afternoon. If I didn't didn't stay there I would pop over to Fairlee and drop the hook anyway.

We went out Sunday, weather ended up being nice. I only say a couple boats anchored out around middle river....I guess a lot of people do not go out unless it is 80* and perfectly sunny.

Took our dog for the first time, she like it.
