I have a 04 300da with the 5.7s. The boat was in the water for 3 years without use bottom was fouled up but I scrubbed it with a brush while in the water and I’ve used their about 30 hours so I think most of it’s off. The B3s are severely corroded. I scrubbed the props and they are clean now. Changed the oil. Water separator and dist cap and rotor. Boat has 330 hours in it. My issue is my top speed is only 36 at 4400 rpm which is the max I can. Get. I read this boat should be able to do 45 at 4800 rpm. Any recommendations? Thanks!

That's definitely slow. My 300DA with the smaller 5.0 engines tops over 42mph at 4800rpm.
Most likely the bottom is still dirty - it doesn't take much. Condition of drive/props could still be an issue. A few pics of the drives and props can help determine what "severely corroded" really means.
