There are a few big websites with thousands of boats for sale. This includes boattraderonline.com and boats.com.

You can do a search for a specific brand, vintage and size and get an assortment of what people are asking for the boats. Also, there are websites like nada and BUC that try to give a idea on what a average given boat should be worth.

When it comes to trailers it’s not so refined. I have found no single webpage with a good selection of used boat trailers.

Can anyone point to a website with a good selection of used boat trailers?

I bought the identical trailer (same mfg) with galv spoke wheels NEW for about $4500 in 2000. I have converted to 3-axle disc brakes, Marathon radials and LED lights and still would feel lucky to get 3K if I was to sell it.

So, yes I think you are too high.
