Anyone know how to get trim tab position on vessel view?

You need actuators with the sensors inside.

Do you have trim tab indication anywhere else?
If not you do, as Craig states, need to add the Bennett trim tab sensors. Then round file the Bennett NMEA 2000 module (it's a POS) and get the Garmin GBT10 NMEA 2000 converter.
Install a NMEA 2000 backbone and power source.
Then connect a drop cable from the NMEA 2000 backbone to the Vessel View NMEA 2000 port.
And if your MFD has a SeaTalk2 or SeaTalkNG port then you can adapt the NMEA 2000 to it and see the trim tabs on the MFD also.
Here I have the same set up displaying on a Maretron DSM410 (as well as on the MFD's and Vessel View 7) including rudder position.

That's nice!

I’ll have to put this on the wish list. My manual shows my vessel view has a NMEA 0183 harness.
