I will provide this information to Sector Baltimore. Maybe some “area presence” by the orange boats would help slow down the traffic.

Are there specific times it is worst? I could assume Saturday’s mid-day and afternoon and Sunday afternoon, but the Sector crew will ask me.

weekend mornings and weekend late afternoons/dusk. Kind of what you’d expect. But some of the worst have been weekends after dark too.

I just wanted to say a general thank you to you and the entire CG for all that you do... I hear them on the radio all the time handling all sorts of issues. It is extremely comforting to know that y'all are there when we need you. Some of the rescues I've seen on deadliest catch exhibit the most professional and courageous things I've ever seen. Y'all are true heroes.

Just one question. I always hear the announcements end with "Baltimore sector NCR". What does the "NCR" part mean?

Thank you for the undeserved praise. The SAR members (Search and Rescue) are truly fearless and highly dedicated. I am not assigned to a SAR unit. My role in the CG is meaningless compared to our Rescue Swimmers, Pilots/Crews, and Coxswains.
I will relay this information to those of interest.

It may have been a coincidence, but yesterday for the first time ever I saw a CG RIB going past Hart Miller Island.

And there is no such thing as a "meaningless" role. Your position may not be directly related to the SAR folks, but the CG plays a very important role in the safety and security of our nation and every person involved deserves some of the credit for what the entire organization does for us.
