Urgent prayers for friends wife and family

Please pray and send wishful thoughts to one of our close friend and their family. Thanksgiving day the family was having their meal on their deck when it collapsed sending many to the hospital with serious injury. Our friend wife, mother and his sons female friend have broken backs and serious injuries after falling more than 15 feet in the rubble that once was the deck. We are watching the details as we are on Pa and they are in SC.

Thank you all for thinking of them.

The deck was on an older home owned by the grandmother. As you can expect, the structural integrity of the deck was the last thing on anyone's mind. The weight concentrated in one area as all were grouped for a family picture. I don't know where they were located on the deck but like many family pictures we take, it would be near the outside handrail. The most likely point to cause the deck to pull from the house.
 
We'll keep them in our thoughts, and wishing them all a quick recovery, Sad to hear about the accident.
 
Do hope they make a full recovery, prayers for all involved.

Our friends wife, mother , and a young lady are all still in the hospital with back injuries. Non are life threatening but all are serious. Thank you for thoughts and prayers.
