...and yes the plug is out.

Any suggestions? Dran-o?

Debris can get stuck in the pipe. Leaves, cheetos, dog hair, you name it. point the jet of the garden hose nozzle in there and blast it. should push any obstruction right out. of course anything in there is now headed to the bilge pump. Clean that next.

Does it drain under the gas tank? I’ve read that dirt can build up under the tank & block flow on some types.

Thank you. This helped. I still have maybe 1/4” of water that won’t drain.

Water might not clear a dirt or debris plug. Have you tried "snaking" it with some wire? I find if you use one of the coated wires from Romex home wiring, it is stiff enough and flexible enough to snake drains on the boat without damage or breaking. Leave the plastic on it so the end is not sharp and it might clear the build up.

It's tough to get everything out since the drain doesn't sit flush to the bottom of the bilge. Take a look and you'll see what I mean. You can try tilting the trailer up higher using other means than the tongue jack, too.
