That's a day rate. Overnights weekday are 100+50(credit) for 150. Flynn's is a tight marina and you want to be on the inside.

Flynn’s was by far the worst overnight stay we’ve ever had on the boat. The constant and sometimes severe rocking was atrocious. Never again. On a positive note, we just spent three nights at Watch Hill and the place was packed, very good to see. Two nights, no bugs, last night mostly tolerable with spray. No bugs after sundown. No electrical issues on D dock that I am aware of. Hopefully, this is the beginning of the come back for this great place. The concessionaire does need to adapt his pricing to better match his competitors at Davis and Atlantique.

Yes seaview is very limited. I was just making the representation of price v value against the watch hill increase this year.

Absolutely! The Watch Hill/Sailors Haven increase kind of puts that public federally owned marina in the same price category as private places.
We’ll still use Sailor’s Haven, but between the price, bugs and the remoteness of Watch Hill we have little interest in going there.

Flynns is good much like Davis on any wind other than west or northwest. Its pretty bare bones as far as ammenities. Bathrooms lock up pretty early and dont open till later in the morning so its a must to have a working head. Its a very good locale as Ocean Beach is a 20 minute walk or so to get to or a 5 minute water taxi that you can get just outside the marina down the path. Fire Island hotel is down the block. Inground pool is nice during the week but on the weekends its pretty nasty due to all the sunblock and people in the pool. The Tiki bar their is fantastic. We usually dont take our kids there and find it more of an adult place.

Also to note anything bigger than a 42 you are going to be on the outside and thats not fun. No matter the wind.

We just stayed at Seaview for 2 nights and loved it. We were slipped stern to the bay which was a plus! Dockmaster was very helpful with tie up, excellent location, clean and neat, well protected and the Seaview Market just outside the gate. We brought our bikes which made everything accessible. I couldn't ask for more....we'll be back.

Update: First trip back to Watch Hill this season. Swore I wouldnt go back due to last seasons bug and electrical dock issues. I have to say the place is back to being a really nice experience. Mosquitos were at a minimum. I guess being closed for some time led to an over abundance of them last year with no control. Just a few out at dusk then the rest of the night nothing. Dock electrical fixed. They somehow lowered the sensitivity on the GFIs so breakers wouldnt constantly pop. Tiki bar is back open! Live music. Last year it was a Smoothie and ice cream bar that didnt go over well. The restaurant is still eh, but they are trying. Overall kudos to the new management group. Once again a great place to stay especially for families with kids.

They also have moved some poles around to accommodate larger beams. Good to see progress
