What do you guys use to log or record your service and travel / fuel information?

When I bought the 44 I downloaded and used the Boating Suite App on my phone thinking it would be handy. Its ok but for the 506 I want to use something different. I may just use a simple spread sheet on the laptop as I tend to take it with me when ever I am on the boat to access online pubs and order parts anyway, not to mention spend countless hours scanning CSR
I was just wondering what you guys use, old fashioned paper log book or another purpose specific marine electronic marine log.

Receipts of everything I ever buy. As for a maintenance schedule, after all these years it’s just a routine. Like changing oil in July when warm, not December when thick as molasses.

I use a paper log in a small loose leaf (1/2size) binder. One page for each trip. Dates, times, fuel levels, hours recorded for each leg with space for refuel info: gallons per side, gallon cost, etc. Also have a notes section to record maintenance and other things. I print the sheeta and add when needed.

For trips other than day trips my wife starts her morning by logging hours, fuel then fuel added and used at the end of each day in a small log book. for maint and new items I save all receipts in a binder and log big items on the iPad using notes only because I’m not a spreadsheet guy I’ll figure out how to do that one day before she goes up for sale. Ps I also take pics of big repairs/ replacements

on our 12 day trip south she recorded marinas that we stopped with slip fees and fuel price.

I use a simple spiral bound composition notebook at the boat and then transfer to a simple spreadsheet. Same file has part numbers and notes. Receipts go in a loose leaf binder that has dividers with pockets.
