What model vacuflush in my 06 270 Sundeck?

I have a 2006 270 Sundeck and need to replace the hinges. Does anyone know the make and model of this vacuflush head? Also what's the color that they use for this? It's a tan color. Both hinges finally bit the dust over the weekend and I need to replace them.

There was a thread a while back talking about our toilet seat hinges are pretty much the same as replacements found at hardware stores.

I personally haven't looked but I know I'm going to be in the same boat pretty soon.

on my vacuflush you have to remove the bezel on the toilet base and the model number is behind bezel
