Just my opinion but I think we need to be consistent.

Just another use of the money Obama gave them. It must be leftover from the Russian SA-15s they bought to shoot down Ukrainian airliners.

I believe Trump should counter and offer a $30 million bounty from his own personal account to take out the Mulla.
