Probably meant to read “California and the Pacific Northwest, dude”. The “dude” assumably is poking fun at California.

I'm currently at Willow Berm. Was over at Oxbow for about a year, but moved to get away from the party crowd, and to get closer to fast water. I've considered Perry's, but I keep hearing horror stories about management there.

First hand, I know that the staff is not empowered to rent a slip without the Harbor Master's express approval. I found that to be a bit off-putting, the few times I stopped in there on weekends and he wasn't around.
Willow Berm is pretty expensive, but the staff and facilities are incredible. Oxbow is up for sale, so it will be interesting to see how that goes.

Nice, Perry’s has its faults but the Harbor Master has his own set of rules. He comes across as a Nazi but he protects our boats and have had zero break-in’s in the 8 years I have been there. My only issue there is the need to have the weeds removed. During warm weather months they grow fast and I hate coming in or out at anything other than high tide.
