Try contacting SR via their website, you might get lucky.
They had some wiring info for me on my '85 that I requested, but '74 might really be pushing it.

Unfortunately, while I have an original engine manual for the 888, 225S and 233, it does NOT have a wiring diagram.
I have a photo copy of the 1977 or 78 Sea Rays Cruisers owners manual. It has a barely legible wiring diagram. I am in the process of trying to get it into electronic form but it will be very high resolution and very large so you can zoom in and still be able to read the very small and blurry print. Ping me in a few days to remind me to finish this project.
